Sony PRS-950, PRS-650 and PRS-350 Support Network E-Book Readers
Sony’s new players are all 2 GB of internal memory. The PRS-350 Pocket Edition has a lightweight design and is available in silver and pink with a price of $ 179 while the PRS-650 comes in black and red for $ 229.
Sony PRS-950 Reader Daily Edition e-book reader Pink

The PRS-950, Daily Edition ($ 299) supports network AT & T 3G and WiFi for wireless connection for Sony Reader Store. It also provides Web navigation skills base. The PRS-950 features a 7-inch screen Vizplex e-ink 1024 × 600 resolution and touch screen and two memory card slots.
All ePub e-book readers support (both DRM and non-DRM), BBeB Book (both DRM and non-DRM), PDF (both DRM and non-DRM), TXT, RTF, Word documents Micrsoft as well as JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP. The edition PRS-650 PRS-950 Touch and Daily Edition both offer dual expansion slots for Memory Stick Duo and SD / SDHC and supports MP3 and AAC audio. Sony will also release the F-600 Light Open, an event with a reading lamp, the reader Blue Cover, Pink Reader cover, and the Reader Soft Case.
Sony unveils new range of digital electronic book readers, including 5-inch PRS-350 Reader Pocket Edition, 6-inch PRS-650 Reader Touch Edition and wireless 7-inch PRS-950 Reader Daily Edition. All use E-ink e-paper displays Pearl full touch screen providing a high contrast ratio with 16 levels of gray.

I am looking for information on SD cards for my PRS-650 reader (limitations? speed? etc). The internal memory is quite sufficient, but I was wondering how to use an SD card for a backup (in case I have to hard reset the reader). Thanks in advance, if you could clarify this point.
