Samsung Galaxy S line Smartphones
The Captivate runs on Android 2.1 and has a 1GHz processor Samsung Hummingbird. In addition to the standard software pre-loaded Android as Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, and Google Talk, Samsung will Captivate social hub that integrates e-mail, instant messaging, updates of social networks, and SMS messages in one place. The Captivate also come with AT & T Address Book and AT & T Navigate.
In terms of connectivity, the Captivate supports AT & T 7.2 Mbps 3G network, Wi-Fi b / g / n and Bluetooth 3.0. The Captivate has a 5 megapixel camera and the ability to record 720p HD video. Other features include a microSD expansion slot, a GPS receiver, a sensor with six-axis accelerometer and a gyroscope.
Samsung has recently announced its intention to launch four smartphones with specifications S Galaxy in the U.S. market. Each phone will be on a different network – the Captivate for AT & T, Verizon to fascinate, Epic 4G Sprint, and T-Mobile dynamic.
